CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• The candidate should have completed Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute.
• Must possess Good Communication skills
• Should secure an aggregate of 75% + in 10th & 12th and in in B.E (Aggregate till date)
• Should be ready to join in July.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The role need to perform planning & finalizing monthly, weekly dispatch quantities inline with customer demands in co-ordination with PPC.
• Planning of all necessary resources inline with 1 above
• Ensuring optimum and effective utilization of all allocated resources on monthly, weekly and daily basis.
• Ensuring plant efficiency & plant recovery targets.
• Deployment of all Lean Manufacturing activities inline with corporate and unit level targets.
• Ensuring and promoting good industrial relationship across the unit.
• Planning on investment & resources for new projects.
• Ensuring optimum layout planning for any new projects or any changes in the existing required if any.
